**What do you like best about Vault12?**

There are a lot of data backup and recovery tools and platforms in the market, but Vault12 has targeted a unique segment and specific use cases that apply to a broader set of digital tool users that want a long-term solution beyond the required access to personal use. Vault12 makes digital files available and accessible for future generations and takes the issue of device misplacement, theft, and data corruption away.

**What do you dislike about Vault12?**

The system still needs to be well established. There is no guarantee that the organization and hence the data will be available in the future. Customers and end-users will need some guarantee of data archive.

**What problems is Vault12 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Almost everyone uses digital devices and digital assets such as pictures, documents, videos, and other similar files. Most rely on mobile backup devices such as flash drives and external hard drives. Other platforms offer cloud-based storage, such as Apple and Microsoft. However, non are focused on long-term archival and storage of such files for the use of future generations. This means ensuring the compatibility of technology and standards as well as the availability of actual data and digital assets.
