## About ValueRamp
ValueRamp is a post-sales execution system for B2B SaaS customer success teams, carrying an account from the sales handoff through onboarding, adoption, renewal and win-back in one place. Sales hands off with the context that was promised; onboarding runs on a plan the customer can see and approve in their own portal; adoption is scored from real product usage and every conversation; renewals and churn risk are visible before they are late; and a former customer is worked back through a reactivation pipeline instead of a spreadsheet. Vali, the built-in AI coach, reads the same record and tells each role what to do next. Every feature and the AI layer are included in every tier; pricing is on the ARR you manage, with Indian-rupee pricing available.
