I like the MCP integration, the research usegigi.ai does, and its confidence and match scores for prospects. It makes me feel like it gets, to a good extent, the target customer or prospect I want to target. It takes away the hard work of outreach and cold emails by giving me actionable messages and research about identified prospects. I use it with Claude via MCP and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. I like that usegigi.ai finds the right people and leaves out the ones that aren’t a fit, beyond LinkedIn search filters. It reads each person’s profile and decides if they’re a fit for me, then writes individual messages that never sound like templates. I just approve the messages and usegigi.ai does the sending, so I can continue conversations with people who reply. I think there’s a bit of a learning curve for setting up campaigns. The initial setup is a chat with an AI, which isn’t so intuitive for someone who doesn’t do sales for a living, and I didn’t know some of the terminology in the beginning.
