The customized, per user, trainings are by far what sets usecure apart from it's competition, why have all users take the same training when some don't need to be taught about a subject they already have a solid grasp on while missing out on what they are actually weak on? In each review I can determine the areas in which I can improve until I am completely immersed in what cybersecurity encompasses. It is easy to implement in the day-to-day activities of the team in the company, since the interface is easy to use and understand, even for users who are not used to working with technology and computing. I love the ability to easily create realistic phishing simulations, and report on results. The message injection delivery method is reliable and easy to set up, and reporting on results is easy. It's very easy to get to grips with the tools, and if you do have any difficulty, the documentation and support available are top-notch. I use it to run bi-monthly simulations and send out courses. My only criticism is that some users complain that the training they received from the auto-enrol is too easy. With regards to auto-enrol, it is expected that the first couple of courses will be easy, as all users are enrolled on the beginner level modules first, starting with the topic they performed in the least well. You also have the option to manually assign courses to users where you can select a higher difficulty level. The short, easily digestible training videos and courses have been slowly but steadily educating our entire workforce on basic cybersecurity and diligence without hampering their normal work duties, and the phishing tests look real enough to even keep the IT team on their toes. I use uSecure from the MSP/IT side of things and don't use it for training myself, but when speaking with our customers who use uSecure, they love the easability of completing training and checking their risk scores. Not too many downsides, the biggest thing for us was the awareness questionarre. I wish there was more customizability with the content in it and it kind of deters users when they have to answer a ton of questions. What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you? uSecure solved many problems with our previous SAT provider, Webroot. The biggest problem we had with Webroot was the amount of time it took to onboard a new user and set up trainings. Additionally, when we needed to pull training history for audits, Webroot lacked an easy way to do this and often messed up training history. uSecure is really a fire-and-forget-missile... once it was set up to integrate with our IdP, once we create new users it automatically sends out the questionarre and issues trainings.
