ACCA is always at the forefront of the latest developments. The licensing model is very flexible and can be adjusted monthly. There are many modules available that can be customized individually according to monthly needs. The integrated viewer can even read native CAD formats. There are virtually no formats that are not supported. ACCA has a very customer-oriented business approach. **What do you dislike about usBIM?** I consider the product to be the best on the market, so I have no complaints. **What problems is usBIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** In BIM projects, there is often the challenge of centrally and consistently managing many different file formats, participants, and data statuses. uBIM solves this problem with a powerful CDE platform with broad format support, an integrated viewer, and a flexible module structure. With great value for money, suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises and specifically oriented towards OpenBIM. **What do you dislike about usBIM?** As of today, there is nothing I dislike about the platform. **What problems is usBIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It meets the needs of a common data environment aligned with ISO 19650 for the BIM methodology along with a high level of coordination. Integrated communication tools, both basic and advanced, designed for all types of work teams and quantities. The only known CDE so far that, in terms of quality and price, meets the requirements for a correct, stable, and quality adoption towards BIM. No one needs to install software beforehand – a link is enough, and you can start right away. It is also very helpful that usBIM.platform works seamlessly with the other ACCA tools. For example, I can set model requirements, check them, and communicate the results in the same environment (CDE) without having to switch between different systems. **What do you dislike about usBIM?** In some areas, I would wish for a bit more refinement in the user interface to find certain functions more quickly. However, these are more detail points and not fundamental disadvantages. **What problems is usBIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** A typical problem is that multiple people work with different versions of plans and models, and unstructured data "scatters" in emails, chats, and various tools. usBIM.platform helps to consolidate everything in a structured manner in one place: models, documents, and discussions are centrally managed through the platform.
