The platform was fairly easy to set up and eany question I had were promptly answered by tech support. They even offer free Zoom sessions to get problems solved! One thing I wished had been made clear from the start is that you have to temporarily turn on your campaign to test the connection to your email autoresponder. Turns out I was billed for 6 months without my knowledge and without using a single minute of their service. I thought it was a mistake and brought it to their attention. they said basically "sorry", we will refund you only 1 month. This is a dishonest company and I wouldn't deal with them. What I love the most about UpViral that is is not built for people who just want to use a fancy shiny object but a fine tuned conversion and lead generation tool which is geared towards result.
