My experience working with Unik is good and the software is versatile **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2024 **What do you like best about Unik?** Unik sems to show the seperate categories well like students, lesson plans , classwork and home work assignments etc. Navigation has been easy without must training time allocated. **What do you dislike about Unik?** When work is assigned to students , multiple instances seem to be created and that's causing confusion. When I put a lesson plan 'In progress' and assign the work with a due date , the dash board creates multiple instances. When they work on the instance and submit, the teacher instance seem to be different from theirs and thus do not see the submission. **What problems is Unik solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unik helps me assign work to students and monitor their submissions and thus their progress ### 2. I like that I can either request edits or additions from the team or do them myself, this flexibility is great. We now have hundreds of users of our course and it seems to be running smoothly for all of them. **What do you dislike about Unik?** Nothing, it's great! There is support but it is also self-editable and the Unik team is responsive to my questions. **What problems is Unik solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unik has allowed me to launch my free online school that aims to make neuroimaging training more accessible. We now have nearly 400 students from 57 countries and are able to provide instruction, track participation, and assess knowledge retention ### 3. Constantly, Unik is improving. **What do you dislike about Unik?** Tasks Duplication while setting courses, classes, assessments, and assignments. Unik does not have documentation to refer to in the need, but fast support is provided via email, phone, or video conference. **What problems is Unik solving and how is that benefiting you?** Teach live classes online. ### 4. I have to say their reminders come in handy. The notifications are sent when a class, test, or assignment is scheduled. Reminders are next on the day of the class, and due dates. They also send a notification when my kid doesn’t attend any class ### 5. It really makes my students feel that I am talking class physically. Another feature is that I can schedule all the assignments and assessment and I can monitor all my students performance and send the feedback to their parents through their portal itself. The support I get from their support team is very Phenomenal. **What do you dislike about Unik?** Till now I am really satisfied with their product and support. **What problems is Unik solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't have any issues with the platform. Their platform is very much user friendly and it is completely integrated in such a way that it minimizes my work soo much. My students have started to show more interest in my class due to their virtual Whiteboard and this also helps my students to improve in their academics ### 6. The assessments they provide to the kids help build analytical thinking skills. **What do you dislike about Unik?** There are not many things to dislike on this system. **What problems is Unik solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am a parent of a child using Unik.
