## About Unibuild Software
Unibuild is business and site management software for organisations that carry out site-based work, including construction companies, specialist contractors, related trades, building services and facilities management providers. It combines project administration, workforce management, commercial processes, health and safety records, and asset tracking in one system, accessible through a web browser and mobile applications. The platform includes tools for estimating and quotations, resource planning, time tracking, site diaries, purchase orders, subcontractor management, job costing, invoicing and applications for payment. Health and safety functions cover risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), permits to work, incident reporting and training records. Additional features support inventory, plant and vehicle management, planned maintenance, document storage and certificate expiry reminders. Office and site teams work with shared project records, while client and subcontractor portals provide access to relevant information. Reporting tools include dashboards, approval workflows, audit trails and data exports. Each deployment is configured to the organisation’s processes, including its forms, fields, approval routes and reporting requirements. Unibuild is hosted in the UK and uses a quoted monthly subscription with unlimited users. Implementation includes configuration, data migration and training.
