What do you like best about Ultimo?

I like that Ultimo's system is constantly evolving to innovate and improve. Moreover, I appreciate that the entire operation can use one system, which means we rely less on various subsystems. Also, with the integration of AI in Ultimo, things are better structured, and there is better documentation of processes and work instructions. What do you dislike about Ultimo?

What do you like best about Ultimo?

Really neat interface—highly tailorable to our needs and clearly business-oriented. In France, the software also has very competitive pricing. The onboarding and the support from Ultimo are very good and consistent, with quick response times and helpful follow-up. We also really love the way they’re investing in and working on AI. What do you dislike about Ultimo?

What do you like best about Ultimo?

From the perspective of the administration the flexibility and the Ultimo Customization Tool. It is very easy to adjust Ultimo to our needs. Also the Integration and connection to other Tools is very good.

What do you dislike about Ultimo?

The mobile version has it benefits but also many pain points and many persons are not amused, that there is a different view for example on the job for the planner of the job and the craftsman on the tablet.

Also i don't like the evolution that every feature is going to cost extra, even when you already have the premium plan and the feature itself is a core feature for Enterprise Asset Management. In this case this should be included.

What do you like best about Ultimo?

One of Ultimo’s biggest strengths is the high level of flexibility it offers. Unlike many software packages that come as a fixed, “take-it-as-it-is” solution, Ultimo lets you shape the system to fit your organization. You can build a large part of the platform yourself by creating database tables, adjusting screens, and setting up workflows. That freedom means you can tailor Ultimo to your own processes, rather than having to change your processes to suit the software.

The implementation process is another major plus. Ultimo actively involves the customer in defining requirements and supports a smooth transition from your old system to Ultimo. Their approach makes the migration feel seamless, reduces friction, and helps you get up and running quickly and effectively.

Support is also a strong point. The team is easy to reach, responds quickly, and provides clear guidance whenever you have a question or need help building something. Strong customer support is especially important when you’re developing and configuring parts of the system yourself, and Ultimo delivers that very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ultimo?

I don’t have any real negative points about Ultimo. The only thing to keep in mind is the use of configuration points when you want to make your own changes. If you do a lot of development, you may need additional configuration points over time. Fortunately, these can be purchased easily, so it’s more of a practical consideration than a real drawback. What do you like best about Ultimo?

It is a well-guarded program with few workarounds possible, ensuring that processes within asset management remain well secured. What do you dislike about Ultimo?

It takes quite some time to properly teach people the system. Because it is set up so strictly, expansions are limited and it sometimes feels cumbersome to make adjustments. What do you like best about Ultimo?

I find Ultimo to be a very user-friendly and intuitive system. The software is easy to navigate and offers a wide range of functionality through its many modules, which provide strong backend support for the Technical Department. One of the most useful features is how work orders are automatically generated and clearly displayed within the system, which is especially valuable for preventive maintenance. This helps ensure tasks are scheduled and completed on time, whether they are monthly, semi-annual, or annual. What do you dislike about Ultimo?

What I like most about Ultimo is that the program is continuously evolving and fits well with our company. Thanks to the good integration by your partner Pontifexx, our sister companies also prefer Ultimo. Easy handling and very user-friendly. There are many options to adapt the system to operational needs and processes. Data can also be more easily integrated through the custom data import. What do you like best about Ultimo?

I like about Ultimo that the program is simply designed and easy to learn, especially for older employees. This makes it very helpful. As an Application Manager, I can make small adjustments directly or try and test suggestions, allowing us to continuously adapt the entire process to our requirements. We can document our orders without any problems and manage documents related to the assets. The use of digital inspection lines by maintenance makes our work easier. Even if an employee cannot proceed with their task, a colleague can step in without additional explanation. Furthermore, I have already recommended Ultimo because it is simple, straightforward to use, and cost-transparent and manageable compared to other software solutions like SAP. What do you dislike about Ultimo?

We currently have more of a hardware problem, as our colleagues in maintenance have been working with outdated tablets, which led to long loading times from page to page. Additionally, we have not yet fully developed our process and work a lot through the Explorer structure, which does not allow us to assign a specific system multiple times over parts.
