We tried several tools and annotation services before deciding to go with UBIAI because it was the one that perfectly fits our invoice annotation use case. It is very easy to work with. A couple of things that draw me to UBIAI are that it could accept data in a LOT of formats (even including PDFs!). My project involves transforming unstructured data like PDFs into structured data, and I had a really hard time finding the right annotation tool.
