Loving the process of typesetting my own ebook. It's 113000 words, (600+ pages) and I have limited design experience so I need a tool that is clear and user friendly - to save me a big project expense. At first I thought it was a little glitchy - but it's really very reliable - i just had to learn more of how it is built. Put it down to learning curve and user error. The time invested in working it out - will be well spent. It will need a community forum and updated help articles - but I'm sure they are building these out! I just purchased Typeset so I can speak for what I like best just yet. However, I purchased the basic version before I learned about the Pro version. I contacted the support desk via email and I asked if they could refund my first purchase as I had gone ahead and purchased the Pro version. I was prepared to not get a reply for days. Well, within hours, I got an email back from Ash who said she had cancelled my first subscription and requested a refund be sent to me. That might take a few days. I was very impressed to get such quick action as I'm sure most of us have tried to deal with a human being when contacting a software company and you get chatbots and that's it. Right? Not at Typeset. I have seen the product demo and I'm prepared to love it. Thanks Ash for demonstrating that Typeset takes care of its customers, lickety-split! Typeset is both intuitive and easy to use. I needed to create a presentation that I was delivering for my denomination (I'm an ordained minister). I was invited to present specific training, and other tools just weren't doing the job. I was able to create a fantastic presentation with Typeset, and in addition, I could easily create a PDF for those who wanted a physical copy for their files or their personal use. The learning curve is NOT onerous - I do wish it were easier to export my presentation into a document form, though. Sometimes I had to go back and edit for fonts that didn't translate well in the export process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can easily take an outline of notes or a presentation and quickly create compelling visual content for my business. We use this frequently for all of our external sales pitches and it has been seamless to add to our tech stack for quick editing, ensuring consistent branding and overall great looking content. We tried Typeset for a month to see if it could meet our agency's needs, but ultimately decided it wasn't the right fit for us. While the automatic setup from our website was a nice touch, we found managing the fonts quite cumbersome. The templates also felt limiting, which didn't align with our creative demands.
