Twist Print Reviews & Product Details

Twist Print is the operating system for commercial, packaging, label and wide-format print shops. AI drafts your quotes with your real costs (presses, stock, make-ready and finishing), and you approve them. An accepted quote becomes a work order in one click, then flows through purchasing, inventory, press scheduling, shipping and invoicing, so you see the real margin on every job, not just the estimate. Estimating: purpose-built calculators for commercial print, packaging, labels and wide format compute imposition, waste, press time and finishing from your own machines and materials. The AI drafts the quote letter and your estimator approves or adjusts the price, so quotes go out in minutes instead of hours. Production: you capture the data once and it travels through every station. The customer approves before anything hits the press. Purchasing and inventory reserve, buy and deduct materials on their own, and presses and finishing are scheduled by capacity. Live dashboards show margins, capacity and on-time delivery for the whole shop, on any device. Finance: invoicing, accounts receivable and profitability per customer and per job. QuickBooks Online in the US, and local e-invoicing in Mexico (CFDI 4.0), Chile, Peru, Colombia and more. Open by design: a REST API and an MCP server let your online store, prepress tools and AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude work with your Twist data. Plans grow with the shop: Lite (up to 10 users), Pro (up to 50 users, adding finishing planning, AI critical-path scheduling, outsourced work and shop-floor reports) and Enterprise. It is one platform, so you activate modules instead of migrating. Onboarding includes migrating your machines, materials, costs and customers, training with your own jobs, and running in parallel until you trust the numbers. Live in 4 weeks on Lite. 100% cloud, with support in English and Spanish. Printers in 17 countries run on Twist Print.
