**What do you like best about Twello?**

We’ve had a very positive experience working with Twello. Their webinars are well‑organized, engaging, and highly relevant, with presenters who are knowledgeable and approachable. The content is practical and timely, making it easy for participants to apply what they’ve learned in a real workplace context.
Twello also does a great job creating an interactive learning environment, which helps keep attendees engaged and encourages meaningful discussion. Overall, they’ve been a reliable and valuable partner in supporting our learning and development initiatives.

There’s nothing we dislike about Twello; the webinars are consistently well run, relevant, and engaging, and the team is responsive and professional, making the overall experience positive and easy for participants overall.

**What do you like best about Twello?**

The group of people who run the company are SO helpful and patient. The webinars are really top notch and "bite size" with the 30 minutes time allotment. They provide such a great environment for our teams to step into so they can take time for themselves.

**What do you dislike about Twello?**

I wish the sessions could be more interactive rather than only using the chat feature. For our teams, we see quite a bit of positive ROI when we can all have our camera's on and talk with each other about the content. I feel it helps it resonate more.

**Recommendations to others considering Twello:**

Take the chance on Twello. At first, I was skeptical about 30 minute webinars and how productive they could actually be, but here I am finishing out year 2 using this company and looking forward to choosing more sessions for our 3rd year partnering with them. The customer service is incredible, the group that runs the company are just so helpful, kind and patient. Everything you would want to find in a partnership.

Our company has a huge wellness initiative for our employees and Twello offers such a vast variety of different wellness webinars, from mental health to nutritional wellbeing. They really help us hit each area of wellness for the company initiative.

**What do you like best about Twello?**

I appreciate Twello's ability to conduct both in-person and virtual meetings, which caters to employees regardless of their physical location and provides flexibility for those unable to attend health fairs physically. This feature was particularly beneficial for one client with a large number of remote employees, showing Twello's adaptability to various working arrangements. The information shared in these meetings, especially the class on working from home wellness, was highly valuable to our clients' employees, providing relevant support and insights. Furthermore, the presentations delivered by Twello’s representative were notably impressive and engaging, creating a meaningful impact on all participants, whether on-site or virtual. Additionally, I am very pleased with the responsiveness and support received from Kayla, a representative from Twello, whose prompt communication and availability to answer questions was exceptional. The setup process for classes was straightforward and efficient, requiring minimal time, which was very convenient. This simplicity ensured a smooth implementation, resulting in excellent outcomes that left our clients very satisfied. They have expressed a strong desire to continue using Twello for future events and employee engagements. Based on this positive experience, we are confident in recommending Twello to other clients for health fairs or similar engagements.

Great communication and flexibility, had the exact type of yoga (chair yoga) we were looking for. Were willing and able to host company wide through hybrid in-person instruction and virtual instruction.

Was hard to find a lot of information about them initially. Thankfully G2 may help others learn about this great company!

**Recommendations to others considering Twello:**

Just reach out to them! They'll provide you with information that you need and won't push you on services like other companies might. They just provide information upfront and let you make whatever choice's you'd like.

**What problems is Twello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were hosting a company wide event for mental health wellness month and were searching for a company that might be able to provide a yoga instructor for us. Twello was extremely easy to communicate with, Kayla was always responsive, and the event was fantastic! Afterwards, we had some issues using another vendor to pay Twello but they were patient as we all worked together to get the payment to them.

**What do you like best about Twello?**

I’m not always on top of my teams wellness, and I’m very focussed on their productivity. Twello helped me improve productivity by providing a solution for wellness, it made me look like a great leader. The platform is super easy to use on a customer service was really great. I had a problem trying to find the type of facilitator I was looking for, and they responded quickly and pointed me in the right direction. Would highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Twello?**

There was no app until recently, although most of the team used desktop , we found that to be a bit of a hiccup…. Glad to have the app in use now!!

**What problems is Twello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My teams work hard but I didn’t really know how to support them myself, their broad range of wellness topics made it easy to find what’s right for the team. 
I also really liked the straight forward pricing. I knew what I was getting into.

**Recommendations to others considering Twello:**

Here's a simple oversight to avoid. If you are going to implement a Twello Virtual class in conjunction with a company meeting, be sure to schedule the Twello class for the time you want your Twello session to start. For example, we had our company meeting scheduled for 11am to 12pm. I didn't specify with Twello when I would want their session to start. Ideally, the wellness class would have been at 11:30, I tried to move the wellness class back a half hour but Twello considered it a reschedule and wanted to charge a fee. We made the meeting work and still thoroughly enjoyed the session.

Twello provided a unique experience for our company. We were able to offer a virtual wellness session to our all hands meeting, connecting with our team members in a different way.

Great communication, easy to work with, and the sessions are fun and engaging. We booked a Mindfulness 101 session and the presenter was amazing! Our staff loved having Twello and I loved working and organizing the event with them.

Nothing to dislike about Twello. I would however love to see more digital formats (pre existing articles or a library), however, Twello in its current form is able to solve what we need perfectly.

Looking to provide wellness sessions for our employees in a virtual space - Twello was able to provide exactly what we needed, including marketing materials to promote the session beforehand. Made it incredibly easy to promote within the org and have a good turnout for the session.

Working with Twello was wonderful, start to finish.  Their offerings provided a one-stop-shop for an employee retreat I was tasked with planning.  Kayla guided me through choosing the best sessions for my needs and then created customized marketing materials for me to share with those attending the sessions.  When we had to pivot from an in-person event to virtual, Kayla and her team rolled with the changes and delivered.

This workshop was super easy to set up - we only had to select the workshop that we wanted, pay, and the support team set up the rest. We didn't have to provide any further themes or areas to touch on (although we could request these if we wanted to). Very easy to integrate!

Although it's helpful that they handle all of the themes/topics, we did feel that we could benefit from more transparency into what would be covered. We were not sure about what areas would be touched on, and this meant that we had to 'trust' that the material would be relevant for our team. Thankfully, it was

**What do you like best about Twello?**

The presenter for the Mindful Eating and Nutrition session was great, she had a voice and tone that helped our virtual audience immediately want to engage and be focused. The content itself was very informative and we have received great feedback from our participants. It began with a short meditation session to help the participants ground themselves and then our presenter moved into sharing tips on what mindful eating or nutrition would entail. This was our first time using Twello, but we are already looking forward to our next session.

I have no comments on anything I disliked, the experience was great. I also have received no negative feedback from our participants.

**What problems is Twello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for ways to offer our employees more content around mindfulness, wellness, movement, and nutrition. Additionally, we wanted the ability to schedule at our convenience and to be able to have recordings of the sessions to share with our team who may not have been able to attend the session live. Twello was able to offer all of this to us and meet the needs of our team members.

I don't like that we can't all join from one Zoom link. It really decreases participation when we require folks to register. I'd much prefer to create a company calendar event and invite everyone.

Our student group loved the Wellness program—it was such a refreshing and meaningful experience! The session was a great mix of mindfulness, self-care, and group activities, and they all walked away with practical tools to improve our well-being.

Reduce stress and anxiety: The mindfulness exercises taught our students how to pause and recharge, even during hectic days.

Build stronger connections: The group activities fostered a sense of community and support among them.

The team was quick to respond. Always friendly and worked with the specific needs of my company. They were thoughtful to ask any information that was relative to our company and our employees to tailor their material to us.

None! They were great and made it very easy. Great communication.

Giving employees an outlet to focus on their mental and physical wellness and take a break from the fast-paced work environment.

**What do you like best about Twello?**

We chose Twello because of how many diverse topics their catalog offers. Pricing was really reasonable and easy to predict.

The Twello team was super friendly and quick to respond. 

There were no surprises and everything went as planned.

**What do you dislike about Twello?**

It seemed like their on-site classes are primarly based in larger centres - so, they were not able to offer on-site classes for our smaller office.

**What problems is Twello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking to find an annual wellness program for our team. We wanted something engaging. 

We’ve seen higher and more attendance than ever and consistently, and their facilitators are actually engaging, knowledgable and funny.
