**What do you like best about Etherpad?**

I like the way it shows who is typing and the way we can all write at the same time.
I have programmly integrate that on our site to make notes for the clients using the system.

**What do you dislike about Etherpad?**

The history sometimes hang.
Rest is all good.

**What problems is Etherpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have name it internal as a spad. Kind of internal notes for the clients to use it.
