We are an accounting firm and initially, before deciding to find a company to provide a document scanning service for us, we did all of the work scanning ourselves which used to be very time-consuming for some of our staff and eventually led to more issues like missing data, file organization, naming the files incorrectly, etc. When we were looking for vendors, we wanted a trustworthy company that could handle the volume we had. John was one of the best sales reps I’ve ever dealt with. He visited our office in person to evaluate the amount of work. We had files that needed to be scanned on a monthly basis.
