We are an accounting firm and initially, before deciding to find a company to provide a document scanning service for us, we did all of the work scanning ourselves what used to be a very time consuming for some of our staff and eventually let to more issues like missing data , file organisation, naming the files incorrectly etc. When w were looking for vendors we wanted a trustworthy company that could handle the volume we had. John was one of the best sales reps I’ve ever dealt with. He visited our office in person to evaluate the amount of the work . We had files that needed to be scanned on monthly basis . The process is so easy - we just send Johns he email and he schedules a pickup. Within a week the whole work is done , no issues , no complications . Very smooth and easy .
