I love how friendly everyone at Trovata is when interacting with them. All the employees are all very knowledgeable and have gone out of their way to help make sure that my needs are met to help bring efficiency to my daily work environment. The customer support is amazing. They will go out of their way to make sure that your needs are met to the best of their ability including trying something they have never done before. The implementation was very smooth and didn't require any IT involvement which was a huge plus. This allowed us to get it implemented faster than other TMS companies. The system is very easy to use and has numerous capabilities. I don't currently use all of the modules but they are constantly making improvements which will lead to me using more modules. The integration of my bank's data with API was a breeze and the data retrieval times can be adjusted to best suit your needs. I use Trovata at least 2-3 times a day and love it. I have started playing with the AI feature and it has been really interesting. They are working to improve the functionality regularly and the fact that it is Native it fantastic. I don't have to worry about any proprietary information being leaked. We have definitely gotten our money's worth from the system and are very happy with it. Currently, you can't put transactions and balances in the same report that is easily viewable at a glance. However, I hear they are working on changing that. It would also be nice to have some sort of outstanding check tracking capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use is excellent—everything is in one dashboard, and searching transactions across several banks or accounts is seamless. For our organization, the unlimited retention is a game-changer. Our primary bank only allows us to pull data back 45 days, so when it comes to audit requests or historical transaction inquiries, Trovata is our go-to source of data. The single biggest issue is the manual uploads for Cash Forecasting module. There are many times when we want to upload a manual forecast and unless it is in the exact daily format trovata requires it will not be accepted. I find Trovata to be really valuable for our business as it allows us to manage our cash position and see visual trends every day, solving our overall cash picture by consolidating all information into one source. I like the way we can build solutions within it, tailor it to meet our needs, and analyze important trends. It also helps us be creative and more proactive, which is beneficial. The site's continuous improvements and the team's efforts in building new functionality and adding value to cash management and treasury operations are much appreciated. We have over 150 accounts across 16 different banks. We needed a centralized system that combines all of our accounts into one place so we can monitor transactions and account balances. Most importantly, the integration with our accounting system is critical. I like that I don't have to log in to each bank to view the transactions in the accounts. The integration with our accounting system, Oracle NetSuite, is great. I like the reporting feature; we have custom reports with our monthly balances that are automatically generated and emailed to me on the first day of every month, which helps with our bank reconciliations. I wish the transaction detail in each account had a running balance for the account after each transaction. This feature would be useful as I want to see the running balance after each transaction, not just the current balance in the account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the best feature is definitely the tagging, which is very powerful and it helps a lot since we have hundreds of transactions a day. It's hard for us to manually identify each one, so the auto tagging based on description is very helpful. I also appreciate the customizable reports, as they allow us to organize everything into a readable format and cater to our needs, whether it's based on entity, country, currency, or tag categories. The AI function, though not used as much, sometimes helps in getting quick data to present to our executives. The customer support team is also pretty active in addressing our concerns. I think the AI function can use some work. A lot of times, it wouldn't really return the data that we're actually looking for. And the forecast module has improved a lot, but it's still sometimes a little difficult to get exactly the forecast that we're looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Trovata's features are easy to identify and use, and the interface is intuitive. The autofill features and options make writing Tag formulas easy. I also enjoy the daily cash report that gets emailed to our team at the same time each day, which is very helpful. Trovata will be beneficial in monitoring the cash activity of our international offices once they have their bank accounts set up with JPMC. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy, and our Customer Success Manager, Nicki Matchett, was extremely helpful in ensuring we were always making progress.
