You can also contact their customer support at any time and thgey are usually quick and responsive. They are also easily accessible, so I can use the software anywhere and frequently. **What do you dislike about Trimble Vico Office?** It is really tough to get used to, I wish it was a little more user friendly. I am good at using it now, but to learn, some may face a challenge. **What problems is Trimble Vico Office solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trimble Vico is integrating all tasks in one software, which truly benefits me as it makes it much easier for me to conduct all these processes from a business' perspective on one software itself. Their commitment to providing support until 2024 is not commendable. I have encountered many issues and dislikes. Its poor capabilities are unable to provide coordination and collaboration among team members. The integration of 3D modeling and cost estimation is somewhat limited. **What do you dislike about Trimble Vico Office?** Its user interface makes navigation difficult at times. It does lack features that are available in other construction software solutions. For users, there is a learning curve as adequate training resources are limited. Customer support is slow and unhelpful. **What problems is Trimble Vico Office solving and how is that benefiting you?** The interface requires some training, but the level of detail and customization options it provides are bad. Trimble Vico Office has not solved our data entry problems by complicating the process and increasing errors. This has obstructed our business by consuming time. ### 5.
