Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum packages, or something tailored. Implementation: Jira, JSM, and Confluence set up around how your business actually works. Most JSM setups go wrong the same way: the portal looks fine on day one, then the queues pile up and the SLAs mean nothing. We build queues, SLAs, request types, automations and portals that fit, with no templated approach. Migrations: Moving Jira, JSM, Confluence and Bitbucket instances securely, with minimal disruption. Licensing: Monthly or annual Atlassian licences, GBP invoicing, 30-day terms, and a free annual licence review so you're not paying for users who left two years ago. We serve UK businesses, typically with up to 500 Atlassian users, and are on G-Cloud for public sector procurement.
