TribusIT Limited Reviews & Provider Details

TribusIT is a UK Atlassian Solution Partner. We help teams get Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence working properly, whether you're rolling them out for the first time, tightening up a setup that's grown messy, or you just want someone reliable to keep it all running. Small specialist team based in Huddersfield: no account managers, no junior consultants learning on your time, no handoffs. When you call, you get someone who knows your setup. What we do: Managed Services: Jira, JSM, and Confluence run by someone else. Day-to-day admin, configuration changes, licence reviews, and the awkward "why is this workflow doing that" questions. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum packages, or something tailored. Implementation: Jira, JSM, and Confluence set up around how your business actually works. Most JSM setups go wrong the same way: the portal looks fine on day one, then the queues pile up and the SLAs mean nothing. We build queues, SLAs, request types, automations and portals that fit, with no templated approach. Migrations: Moving Jira, JSM, Confluence and Bitbucket instances securely, with minimal disruption. Licensing: Monthly or annual Atlassian licences, GBP invoicing, 30-day terms, and a free annual licence review so you're not paying for users who left two years ago. Jira audit: A fixed-price technical health check of your Jira and Jira Service Management setup. Up to 87 checks, each rated red, amber or green, with a written report and remediation plan within 10 working days of access. We serve UK businesses, typically with 20 to 500 Jira users, and are on G-Cloud for public sector procurement. Trusted by organisations across government, NHS, engineering, and professional services. An official Atlassian Solution Partner and proud participants in the Disability Confident scheme. We are Cyber Essentials certified.
