Apex One allows centralized management of client machine security, it allows us to supervise the 180 machines in our network, and the Trend Micro agents' auto-update saves time. What do you like best about TrendAI Vision One - Endpoint Security?

The best part about this product is its implementation. It's easy to deploy into the endpoints. During my time with this product, the customer support was very helpful during the issues I faced pre and post-deployment of the product. Talking about the features, I find that the major USP is the web reputation and application block feature, which usually is not provided by other OEMs. I have been using and studying this product frequently for most likely 2 years now. Its integration with other products is also good, with a wide range of products to integrate with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrendAI Vision One - Endpoint Security?

The user interface looks outdated to use. Alongside, the major drawback I faced during the period I used this product was the time it took to push a particular policy to the endpoints. Also, sometimes even after managing the policy like web reputation and device block, it sometimes does not do that. So as a user, I feel like it's not that easy to use and interact with. Trend Micro, Apex One Endpoint Security offers Advanced Anti-Malware prevention and provides multi-layered security with effective Application Control. Including integrated DLP security modules and Vulnerability Protection (IPS) security modules that protect endpoints with OS-level vulnerability exploitation. All these security modules contain one single unified Apex One Security Agent that is too lightweight and does not impact the performance of the Endpoint. Additionally, centralized security policy management is efficient and easy to control.

Such various security features give better protection and effective management of iDLP and Application Control modules, providing an extra edge from the customer's point of view to manage a single security solution in an efficient centralized manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
