Trakkar Reviews & Product Details

Time tracking, attendance and leave for Indian teams, one plan, one price Trakkar is time tracking and attendance software for Indian service businesses. It is built for agencies, IT services firms and consultancies that want the day-to-day side of a team in one login: who's in today, who's on leave, where the hours went, and what each client owes. Time tracking works from the desktop app on Windows and macOS, or from the web. People start a timer against a project and task, or add time by hand. Screenshots are optional, and admins decide whether to turn them on. Attendance is built around shifts and grace periods. Staff clock in from the web app or the Android and iPhone apps, and geofencing can block clock-in from outside the office. Leave covers your own leave types and balances, plus WFH requests. Managers approve leave and time corrections for their own team. Projects come with a Kanban board and a timeline view. Each project has a value you set and a cost based on hours logged, so you can see which work actually pays. Budgets are tracked in hours. Finance covers GST invoices that carry your client's GSTIN, quotes tracked through to acceptance, partial payments, and TDS recorded when a payment comes in. Unpaid invoices are grouped by how many days late they are, so you can see what to chase first. HR basics are in there too: onboarding and offboarding checklists, company assets, and async standups. Pricing is simple. There is one plan, Premium, at ₹120/user/month + GST in India and $5/user/month elsewhere, with every feature included. You pay upfront for 6 months (5% off) or 12 months (10% off). There is no setup fee and no auto-renewal. The free trial runs 14 days with no card, and you can book a 30-minute demo with the founder.
