Our package of credits is large enough to allow experimentation and test new keywords with little risk of overcharging. The leadership is brilliant in terms of product innovation and roadmap. Customer support understands our issues and solves them rapidly. We use it twice a month per customer. **What do you dislike about Trajaan?** Getting global coverage of a market isn't as fast and intuitive as it seems. The ease of use and setup trapped some of the analysts on my team (and some clients) into focusing narrowly on translating queries rather than keeping an open mind about what people could be searching in a market.
