I use TrackingTime PRO to keep track of the hours I work on each task and project. It allows me to maintain a clear and reliable record so I can later bill each client accordingly and efficiently. I really like the desktop app because with just a couple of clicks I can start tracking time. Also, the repeat task button is very useful. It's all about how easy and fast it is; I stop working and when I return to the desk to continue with the same task, I can resume tracking with just one click. I think the Pro version of TrackinTime is one of the best tools I use for tracking time. I have used others before, which were not really easy to use from my pov, but this provides a better overall experience. I found it very flexible and faster than the others.

Because I take breaks regularly, it has happened many times for me to forget to start tracking the time after pausing it before. And because of that, I started working without tracking the time and lost some billable minutes, even hours in a day. But fixed this with the feature of adding manual time, from a specific time to another one. I also like that you can add as many details as you want for each block of time you tracked.

I saw that you can integrate it with many apps, which is great, and the ones that I am using in my work were also there :) Slack and Google Calendar.

Also, didn't have any problems with the customer support experience and they helped me every time I got stuck in meeting my needs.
