Most are great especially if you are tracking for billing clients. TT has that ability but is also flexible enough for me to use as a teacher. My goal isn't to bill clients, but to stay in the moment more rather than task switching constantly. Also, to be able to visualize how much time I spend on tasks outside on my contracted day. I used a tracking software years ago (that doesn't exist anymore) to demonstrate to my boss how much time certain projects took. It is great for illustrating to higher ups the reality of the work day. It was super easy to learn and intuitive. I reached out to customer service support this week and they have been extremely helpful after my school blocked us from being able to use our school email to login. **What do you dislike about TrackingTime PRO?** I don't use it over the summer but there were definitely some details that could be improved especially for those of us using it in maybe non-typical ways, like for me as a teacher. I know that I didn't think the report options were as robust as they could be, but no one else's was any better and some other products out there were worse. **What problems is TrackingTime PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Last year teachers had to report every week 5 things that we had "accomplished" for the week. That is a weird request for teachers since there are over 100 "accomplishments" each week and some tasks are never finished since we are teachers. Tracking Time really helped me to identify what to share and to put actual time spent on those since non-teachers have no idea what goes into a teacher's day. Doesn’t have a bunch of annoying popups or upsells which is awesome, lots of functionality available even in the free version. Setup was pretty straightforward and simple but there are plenty of configuration options available if you need a more complex setup. **What do you dislike about TrackingTime PRO?** I wish I could select multiple tasks that would fall under a time entry because a lot of times I am working on a bunch of different things for a client and I don’t want to have to stop and start the time to track to a different project task. I wish I could track time across multiple tasks and then have the timer divide out the time equally across number of tasks (or better yet allow me to set a percentage of time allocated) - that way I only have to start my timer once but I can still keep track of what tasks I was doing and approximate the amount of time on each.
