I like very much that it has an easy to use mobile app. I like the various ways of reporting and analysing and visualising the work done (although mostly I don't use those much, just like once a month a check this). Compared to the free version, I like that it does not have the limits (such as being able to only see aggregated results for 2 months at once). **What do you dislike about TrackingTime PRO?** I don't like the occasional glitches, such as not loading or seemingly being logged out when on bad connection (typically on mobile). It also takes some seconds to load, which is frustrating when I want to start working immediately but have to wait before my tracker loads. In the current web browser version, I find it quite disturbing how the title of the page is ticking with seconds of working time, which catches my attention unnecessarily. I would very much prefer something more static, such as maybe only showing the name of the current task. I don't like that at the moment I have not found a way to use it on a (Linux) computer as an app. I used to use it as a Chrome browser app which behaved somewhat as a standalone app, now this is discontinued and I only see it as one of the browser tabs/windows. Maybe there is a way around but I don't think the app guided me to it, Chrome just suddenly started showing a warning that the Chrome apps are deprecated without the app guiding me to what to do now. **What problems is TrackingTime PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of how much time I spend with various projects. Keeping track of my work time so that I can try to maintain a healthy work-life balance. So good to then be able to see what takes up the most time in each day/project! Or compare reality with budgeted time – very useful for invoicing purposes or just general organisation and efficiency :) **What do you dislike about TrackingTime PRO?** It would be cool to have the option to code a task under a project – e.g. when I hit 'play' on an email, to be able to quickly attribute that to the relevant client/project. It takes your mind off of tracking your hours because it is designed to make so easy. **What do you dislike about TrackingTime PRO?** Except for a few minor bugs that are quickly being fixed by the developers, I think the things I dislike are mostly cosmetic, such as the colors for each project and stuff like that. It doesn't make super sophisticated reports, but if you need that then you are probably in a whole other field than what their target group is. I have it organized with the main client and then each project that I complete for them is calculated separately. Color coding is a plus too. It just makes it nice to find my clients as I use a color close to their brand. Being able to create custom tasks and adding attachments is a nice touch but I don't really use it.
