If my asana task has not tracked the project before - it does not exist in tracking time yet. You can still add or start a new project from tracking time which is nice. She can also add notes about expenses on the time entries. UI & Dashboard is the easiest you can find over the internet. **What do you dislike about TrackingTime PRO?** If I didn't like it then I wouldn't be using it for so long. Everything is perfect! Here are a few recommendations. 1. Give an option to users or clients where they can track their keystrokes, screenshots of the screen, and which websites they've been visiting while tracking their time. 2. Show a bar to see how much they were active while they were tracking their time. 3. I assign colors to each client, so all projects for that client have the same color, and I can easily select and log as I work throughout the day. I also like that I can go in and adjust the time spent because there are times when there are a lot of interruptions in the project, so I just pause and go back and put in the time spent manually. **What do you dislike about TrackingTime PRO?** I wish there were more colors because I have several clients, so I would like to be able to assign every client a different color. Currently, some clients have the same color, and that takes a little more time to find the project client to begin logging. Also, sometimes when I travel, I cannot open the app, and I have to go to the Tracking Time website to log, and it is frustrating because it is not set up quite the same. This is a waste of my time, and I lose out on money. I don't like that when you pause and resume, it makes a whole new entry. Also, it used to be easier to just start tracking time from the chrome extension, but now it takes me to the TrackingTime portal before I can just start tracking time not tied to a specific document or PM software. Not sure why that is, but as an SEO, sometimes I'm working on a website, not from other software. **What problems is TrackingTime PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** TrackingTime PRO increases efficiency by not requiring you to have to set up everything up front, you can just clock into a document and then go back and assign it to a client or task.
