"Great Idea but Broken Software"

What do you like best about TrackerCheck?

Makes progressing easy. The ease of finding exact lines or components by system or work area is great. I primarily use DB for progressing so I can only speak to those capabilities. The interface is nice clear and concise Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrackerCheck?

SERIOUS ISSUES SERVER SIDE. I can only assume the issues are server side. I waste countless hours weekly clicking the box for 100 percent and applying changes only to see that my progress has not been saved or backed out. This issue makes progress inaccurate. When updating 100 line items at a time only to not have changes save is frustrating. This causes things to be overlooked or not caught when double and triple checking progress thats already been input time and time again.

If I sat a designer down with 50 lines of progress to input and said "here input this data" you would give up after 10 minutes or it would take you over an hour to complete.

Firstly, thank you for the positive feedback in regard to the user interface and ease of use of the software.

We understand the frustration and have been working hard to address the server lag for your organization. The software should not hinder your ability to do the work or make you second guess work that has been completed. Due to its highly customized architecture for your specific organization, it is outside the traditional software use case that we normally see. However, with the recent migration to the new server infrastructure, we are confident you will see an increase in speed and reliability.

What do you like best about TrackerCheck?

I like that all the tasks I need to work on are in one place. Quality, turnover books, turnover certifications, etc. I like that after the update, the system is moving much faster. I like how it can connect to PowerBI to show data in real-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrackerCheck?

I dislike that it is difficult to learn to use. It is very easy to "mess up" and accidentally change or delete data within the system. I dislike that there are multiple ways to do things, making it difficult to set standard operating procedures on how to use the software. The tools are too generalized which makes it difficult to make changes to individual pieces. There is no way to alert outside parties that they have items due. What do you like best about TrackerCheck?

The ability to look at different phases of the project and how it is all broken down is nice. The organization and ability to swap back and forth between tabs of information is a good feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrackerCheck?

The usability of the application is very poor. More often that not, you have to redo all the work you did because it doesn't save. The interface is very slow and pretty outdated as well. These problems make it difficult to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrackerCheck?

Tracker is hard to navigate, and there aren't any how-to guides to help you along the way. When trying to upload something, it'll throw and error and it takes a little while to get the error reviewed and corrected. Meanwhile paperwork is stacking up waiting on this. The concept of streamlining the data on a web-based system to create easy data visuals to help communicate the data in clear, digestible matters. I don't know any other competitors in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Firstly, thank you for the positive feedback on the the design of the software. The design originates and continues to be driven from actual field team members providing input and direction on how the software is designed.

Thank you also for your feedback on the performance of the servers. With the specific instance of the software you used, it has been highly customized and as a result performs in a different way than our traditional out of the box software solutions. We understand and appreciate the server performance gaps and we are working hard to deliver a responsive server architecture and with the transition to the new server infrastructure, you should see speed increase imminently. Given the ongoing significant customization to the software, it requires unique approaches outside of our normal out of the box solutions which may result in functionality challenges.

We will continually strive to deliver a product that performs and evolves to future projects.
