Track40 Reviews & Product Details

Track40 is workflow automation software that organizes team operations through a pipeline system. Tasks, represented as cards, move sequentially through phases, managing processes like client management, service requests, and employee onboarding. Required field validation ensures data consistency with rules for length, numerical ranges, dates, and dependencies. Cards cannot advance until all required fields are valid, preventing incomplete data from progressing. SLA tracking monitors time limits for phases and pipes, with calendar options for wall-clock time, weekdays, or business hours excluding holidays. Alerts notify users of overdue tasks. Formula fields compute values based on other data, with safeguards against circular references. Role-based access controls manage field visibility and editing permissions, cascading team roles into pipes with overrides. Integration features include webhooks, full API access, Zapier + Make integrations and a Pipefy importer for workflow migration.
