## About Tower
Tower is a collaborative AI diligence workspace for deal teams. The platform combines diligence request list management, seller disclosures, internal and external collaboration tools, AI document review, and reporting in one shared environment. At the centre of the workflow is a centralized diligence request list that helps deal teams triage requests, route them to the appropriate stakeholders, collect responses, and track outstanding items. Tower also synchronizes and organizes the data room with AI so that all relevant documents, disclosures, and deal context are accessible to both human reviewers and AI agents. As information is provided, Tower automatically runs agents to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential issues across written responses and supporting documents. This helps teams avoid duplicative review, surface problems earlier, and reduce the back-and-forth that often delays transactions. Once the information has been collected and verified, Tower helps teams automate review and prepare custom deliverables, including diligence reports, disclosure schedules, investment memo's, and other transaction-specific outputs.
