## About Tourlio
Tourlio is courier management software that consolidates route planning, driver scheduling, absence management, and monthly billing into a unified system. The platform replaces fragmented workflows that rely on messaging apps and spreadsheets. Operators view driver assignments centrally and receive alerts for vacation or sick leave to prevent scheduling conflicts. Drivers access an app to input package details, record odometer readings, upload fuel receipts, and add notes. A live map displays real-time driver locations. The absence management feature enables drivers to submit leave requests with supporting documentation, which appears in the planning interface. At month-end, Tourlio turns the recorded days into a statement per driver at the click of a button, as PDF and as CSV or Excel for your accountant. Once approved, a statement is frozen, so a later price change never alters past months. Five pay models, deductions, vehicle management and different statistics.
