That Optimise gives us visibility on work carried out. Good data insights. Totalmobile are responsive to customer feedback.

**What do you dislike about Totalmobile?**

Auto-scheduling in Optimise could be better. Reports are slow to load

**What problems is Totalmobile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re moving to digital record-keeping, which gives us instant access to notes and provides our workforce with better access to the information they need.

**What do you like best about Totalmobile?**

The ability to support front line staff, who are delivering person centred care to the right person, at the right time. Good visibility of staff, to allow a more responsive approach.

**What do you dislike about Totalmobile?**

Integration with other systems can be a challenge. The system although configurable is often too open, the ability to have tiered access.

**What problems is Totalmobile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility of real time information, e.g. the legacy system did not notify if visits were running late - this system provides live tracking of visits and staff activities, late visits, missed visits.

**What do you like best about Totalmobile?**

User friendly, visually is very modern and easy to look at. Great customer support.

**What do you dislike about Totalmobile?**

Would like the capacity checker to look for capacity for available white space only, insights showing real time information instead of 24 hours behind would be helpful too.

**What problems is Totalmobile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accurate visit times for reviews based on carer activity which allows us to see a true reflection on a service users length of visit potentially allow more capacity to take on more hospital discharges

GeoPal is a very beneficial and simple-to-use partner in our organization, helping us to plan, organize, and monitor our field force as well as achieve our goals promptly and accurately.Moreover with Geo Pal, payment collection has become quite simple.

**What do you dislike about Totalmobile?**

Overall Geo Pal is a very useful tool however to increase its efficiency, billing, and inventory management are needed.

**What problems is Totalmobile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Geo Pal is assisting in organizational efficiency by lowering administrative costs due to effective scheduling and monitoring, also it is assisting in making our firm more environment friendly by supporting the use of paperless processes.
