Protects Your Business & Your Devices had issues with automated billing. **What do you dislike about TotalAV?** It is so sensitive; the End User has to adjust settings constantly to allow only approved apps installed from GOOGLE PlayStore. Automated billing, pushy advertising **What problems is TotalAV solving and how is that benefiting you?** Little minor running problems that were a constant primary concern eventually dissipated after an uninstall. ### 2. I kept on finding out more and more features packed into this great app. **What do you dislike about TotalAV?** I really need a solution to manage a small medium sized business with centralised management and reporting. Most software companies offer this anyway. **What do you dislike about TotalAV?** STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!! I am a 30 year+ computer/software expert. TotalAV used to be a good product. However, now it is full of bugs. Tried to install on a Windows laptop. Constant bugs and errors. I finally tried to get tech support but they use a 3rd party firm that remotely accesses your computer. Supposed 10 min. wait. After almost an hour of waiting on hold I gave up. Called them for full refund and cancellation, but they refused to refund me since I was over the 30 days since purchasing. Horrible customer service and tech support. STAY AWAY. Hopefully, they will cancel my subscription BUT, no refund. I will tell all my computer customers, friends and relatives to STAY AWAY from TotalAV . Dye H **What problems is TotalAV solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sadly, their tech support is horrible and the wait time is ridiculous. Other software companies get you a person on the phone in 10-15 minutes. Not TotalAV. ### 4. The app comes with a built-in VPN which I didn't have to pay to for and an adBlock pro which too. Overall I love the app, and I will continue to use it. **What do you dislike about TotalAV?** What I least like about the application is that on my computer it tends to move a bit slow, this at times can be really annoying. If you do not know how to disable the killswitch in the app it will block you from connecting to the internet which can be annoying of you have important things to do. **What problems is TotalAV solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem that this application is solving is that of protecting my computer from viruses. I tend to browse the internet alot and this application helps me. When I am watching movies the AdBlock removes the pop-ups which I usually experience. The built in VPN works wonders for me as it protects my IP address and maintains my location. ### 5. The application has real-time scanning built into it so it's always scanning in the background of your device. **What do you dislike about TotalAV?** What I dislike about this application is that the VPN tends to turn off constantly without you turning it off. This can be really annoying having to turn it on every minute. The application tends to move slow but despite all of that it's a great application. **What problems is TotalAV solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem that this application is solving is that of cybersecurity in this period where everything is completed online. It ensures that you and your device are protected and that no viruses/threats are placed on your device. That is really important hence the reason I think everyone should have TotalAV installed on their devices ### 7. This program provides virus protection, malware protection, ransomware protection. The program also provides a VPN (Virtual Private Network) to protect your system while using the internet wirelessly. The program also can clean up your system and remove duplicate files and cleaning up leftover files from normal operations. **What do you dislike about TotalAV?** I find Total AV the be the best tool for protecting your system, I do not find any issues with Total AV **What problems is TotalAV solving and how is that benefiting you?** Total AV protects my system from Viruses, ransom wear, it provides a VPN for wireless internet access, Total AV also helps keep my system clean from duplicate files. Not only is it simple but you get the same amount of protection on both a desktop and a mobile device. **What do you dislike about TotalAV?** I would have to say the only thing I really dislike thus far is it's presence in the community. I believe I feel this way if with the lack of recognition it is hard to find as much positive encouragement as some others that have been around for a long time and have a lot of users that can confirm it has served them well. **Recommendations to others considering TotalAV:** Try the free version to begin with as you will get almost the same level of protection as the paid version. After using the free version you will be able to fairly give a good opinion as to if it will work for your company. I have used this platform with a small team and feel it handles that well but think it might struggle with a large capacity. I believe it's headed in the right direction but may take some time so again strongly suggest a trial to all new users. **What problems is TotalAV solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem we look to solve with totalav is endpoint protection from known and unknown threats. We hope to ensure we have no attacks causing loss of data or impact on our day to day operations. ### 11.
