I really need a solution to manage a small medium sized business with centralised management and reporting. TotalAV is not this.

STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY!! I am a 30 year+ computer/software expert. TotalAV used to be a good product. However, now it is full of bugs. Tried to install on a Windows laptop. Constant bugs and errors. I finally tried to get tech support but they use a 3rd party firm that remotely accesses your computer. Supposed 10 min. wait. After almost an hour of waiting on hold I gave up. Called them for full refund and cancellation, but they refused to refund me since I was over the 30 days since purchasing. Horrible customer service and tech support. STAY AWAY. Hopefully, they will cancel my subscription BUT, no refund. I will tell all my computer customers, friends and relatives to STAY AWAY from TotalAV . Dye H Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about the application is that for persons who aren't tech-savy, the application is very much easy to install, use, and also to understand. The app comes with a built-in VPN which I didn't have to pay to for and an adBlock pro which too. Overall I love the app, and I will continue to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I least like about the application is that on my computer it tends to move a bit slow, this at times can be really annoying. If you do not know how to disable the killswitch in the app it will block you from connecting to the internet which can be annoying of you have important things to do. What I like best about this application is that it is very much easy to use, it comes with a built-in VPN that's really good especially for persons who use their devices on Open Wi-Fi. What I dislike about this application is that the VPN tends to turn off constantly without you turning it off. This can be really annoying having to turn it on every minute. The program shows the system status on the front screen of the program. This program provides virus protection, malware protection, ransomware protection. The program also provides a VPN (Virtual Private Network) to protect your system while using the internet wirelessly. I would have to say the only thing I really dislike thus far is it's presence in the community. I believe I feel this way if with the lack of recognition it is hard to find as much positive encouragement as some others that have been around for a long time and have a lot of users that can confirm it has served them well.
