I have been using Tokbird for some time now, I didn't face any such difficulty which I can point out as not liked feature. But yes, it can improve its UI and UX experience a little bit which can be like wow. Other than that, I don't see any shortcomings in the tool. Also, one more feature which Tokbird can add is switching devices. E.g. if I am having my meeting on a mobile device and I want to switch to a laptop or some other device, I should get that option.
