I really appreciate the price of Todyl Security Platform, which made it smooth for us to transition into the SIEM space. It brings a modern SIEM with active monitoring and detection rules, giving us unprecedented visibility into our client environments. This helps us keep their devices and MS365 tenant secure. The SOAR Playbook has been a game-changer, especially with more clients adopting MS365 and moving away from local servers. It allows us to maintain visibility over all our clients and receive real-time alerts for any security events. I also love how it automates securing compromised accounts, which makes the process a breeze. The initial setup and deployment of the Todyl Agent is incredibly easy, allowing us to onboard a new client in five minutes or less. Additionally, the numerous integrations with Todyl Security Platform, from SentinelOne to DUO, provide full visibility of our client's networks, which we greatly appreciate. While the alerting and case generation is fantastic, there is currently no good way to see all Agents/Devices across all clients within the Todyl Portal to check for Agent Health. We've been asking about this for a very long time and I'm hoping it comes at some point. The visibility of the Integration Health, especially related to local Syslog Utility Agent integrations, is not great either. SonicWalls can stop sending logs to Todyl without you ever being alerted to the fact unless you do a manual check of each tenant. This is even more likely to be an issue if you have multiple SonicWalls configured to send logs to a single Syslog Utility Agent. There is also no support for devices with ARM processors, another item we've requested repeatedly, and it continues to get delayed. While there have been many improvements to the platform, adoption of Feature Requests is slow, and regular updates about the status of the request are also terrible. Agent Health Monitoring is another pain point. They have not built out a good method for MSPs to monitor the agent health status via our RMM solutions or an easy method within the Todyl Platform to push Agent updates. Todyl has helped us simplify our security tech stack while still providing our SMB clients with enterprise-level security. For the price point, Todyl is easily the best on the market. We can integrate its SIEM with all of our firewalls and Microsoft/Google tenants, among other systems. Customer support is excellent and assist wherever required, whether its during onboarding, connectivity within specific client environments, response to cases.

Incorporation of Janus (AI) has been instrumental in making better sense of cases, fine tuning SIEM searches which has always been a pain.

I like that Todyl Security Platform consolidates all the different security tools we would have to buy from separate vendors into one. It offers vertical integration and solves the problem of having a fully managed security operations center. I really appreciate the twenty-four-seven security operation center, as it helps us tremendously since we can't staff that internally. We liked the idea of being able to manage everything from one toolset, having one account manager for that, and building a strong relationship instead of managing relationships with multiple vendors. At the recent summit meeting, we talked more about GRC and the way that we are able to interact with that within the portal and the tools available to us within the portal to manage GRC from more of a client facing way. I find the Todyl Security Platform's MXDR alerting to be one of the best features. Its integration with the 24/7 security operation center is fantastic, as it allows my team to quickly address potential threats like business email compromises and malware attempts, ensuring devices are protected. I appreciate having just one primary security solution which simplifies the complexity of dealing with multiple vendors. The platform's setup and deployment are fairly easy, with options ranging from minimal setups to complex configurations involving LandZero Trust and advanced security orchestration and automation. What could be improved might be quicker access to support or more support channels like a direct phone number to call to get somebody on the phone immediately. Exclusions in virus detection need some work. Unless a case is generated by an action, there is little to preempt issues with actions. High level file path exclusions are all that is available ahead of issues.
