Given the hundreds of vendors that we have had to vet in our company and the lack of transparency in how to use some of those vendor's tools, Todyl changes the game. Their support is top notch - easy to search and find solutions and reaching out to them always comes with a quick response. Also, the ability to self-manage is perfect. I find that most of what I'm looking for is a few clicks away. The interface is intuitive, so it doesn't require a lot of extra thought. Lastly, the integration / deployment of Todyl is super easy. If you're using an RMM, there' s a generated script for your tenant that you can use, plus binaries for Windows, Mac, and Linux. You can reach out to Todyl, but honestly, if you have any real world experience, you probably won't need to. On top of this, the integration with SIEM, XDR, SASE, ZTNA, etc. with the stack builder is super easy to manage. **What do you dislike about Todyl Security Platform?** The only thing I don't like is the GRC portion is not fully built yet. Once that piece of the puzzle is built out, it will be much easier to sell. **What problems is Todyl Security Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Todyl is solving the problem of securing endpoints for us. No platform is perfect, but these guys are close. We have tested the software against real world usage and found it to be almost perfect in its execution. The SASE agent with static IP allows us to IP lock SaaS applications for clients who live on different sides of the country and know that no matter where they travel, their data is safe. Todyl's response time is second to none, especially with their MXDR team. I really enjoy having a team that responds just as quickly as I do, and sometimes even faster. Furthermore, Todyl helped us to protect a client from a major malware risk recently, so we have doubled down on our efforts to stick with the platform. Also, the pricing is fantastic for the quality of service too! The interface is easy to use, easy to deploy to endpoints, and I find myself in the Todyl portal more often that any EDR platform I've used before. SASE DNS configuration is a bit hard to grasp but made sense once figured out. The UI is nice (especially since the update). Once you know how to navigate the portal, it is very easy to whitelist websites, create install agents, etc. Also, their Support Team is VERY helpful! They have a VERY helpful knowledgebase as well. **What do you dislike about Todyl Security Platform?** The only main issues I have with Todyl is ironically when it comes to uninstalling it. This is namely the ability to set the domain in the SASE Tunnel so that it can properly resolve internet DNS when conencted.
