I use Tixr Studio for all our event operations across multiple venues and what I really like about it is its ease of use. We've tried a bunch of ticketing platforms before, but Tixr stands out because it's really innovative and keeps up with the latest in technology, which helps us a lot, especially with blocking ticket brokers and bots by managing IP addresses to make sure real fans get tickets. The interface is super user-friendly, which gives us a lot of marketing flexibility and scalability for our various events. I also love how clean, simple, and modern it feels for end users; buying and transferring tickets are straightforward, and it syncs seamlessly with platforms like Prism, giving our team a smooth operation with real-time ticket sales tracking. Their support team is great, too; they're responsive to us and our customers, making any transition smooth, especially when we shifted from other platforms mid-season. Overall, the platform does what it looks like and works well both for our customers and our internal team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel like everything is pretty good. You know? They've got a really good support team. There's always little things that, you know, can break and, you know, we try to we push the technology as hard as we can push it. So sometimes we tend to break it. Think the only thing that a small thing would be, like, just the ticket counts. That we get, the the way that they they look and or they could probably maybe look a little bit better, but there's not there's nothing wrong fundamentally with the platform.
