TixFlo is free for organizers. There’s no monthly fee, setup fee or contract.
Ticketing: $0.50 per paid ticket, plus card processing of 2.9% + 30¢, charged once per order rather than per ticket. Organizers choose who pays: pass the fees to buyers and keep 100% of the ticket price, or absorb the fees so the posted price is what buyers pay.
OrderUp concessions: $0.60 per order, paid by the customer, no matter how many items are in the order. The stand keeps the full menu price.
Payments go straight to the organizer’s own Square or Stripe account. A fee calculator at tixflo.net/calculator shows what buyers pay and what you keep before you set your prices.
Pricing information for TixFlo is supplied by the software provider or retrieved from publicly
accessible pricing materials. Final cost negotiations to purchase TixFlo must be conducted with the
seller.
