TimeJam Reviews & Product Details

TimeJam is a gamified plugin that helps agency teams build strong time tracking habits—without changing the tools they already use. Instead of replacing your time tracking system (like Harvest, Tempo, Clockify, or Scoro), TimeJam connects directly to it and runs fun, lightweight competitions inside Slack or Microsoft Teams. By turning timesheet compliance into a friendly game, TimeJam motivates teams to track their time consistently and on time. Points are awarded for each hour tracked—more if it’s done daily—and teams compete for real-world prizes like Amazon vouchers or tree-planting donations. TimeJam boosts adoption and data quality without nagging or micromanagement. It’s fast to set up, easy to use, and designed to make time tracking something your team actually enjoys. Key benefits: • Increases daily time tracking compliance • Works with your existing tools—no new systems to learn • Engages teams through Slack or MS Teams • Encourages better data, leading to more billable hours • Promotes a positive team culture and healthy competition Perfect for growing agencies who want better time tracking without killing team spirit.
