As the development team at Brandcast continues to update their software, the support team does their best to stay ahead of their users in understanding and explaining how things work, what improvements are most helpful, and what approaches are most effective. Questions on their live-chat window are quickly answered, and difficult problems are followed up with personal emails and discussions.User-input and feature requests are also carefully and genuinely considered. The Brandcast app itself is an excellent tool that anyone can use to bring their message to the web. Dynamic web pages are made possible with simple tools and robust support. Page and site management are also easy to navigate. On top of all of this, the app itself continues to improve as the developers push out new and requested features. With Brandcast, our team has been able to create a wide variety of websites and pages for our clients as well as for our own company. **What do you dislike about Time Sites?** Power features lay just outside the grasp of users familiar with web design and development. The ability to manage and use custom CSS ids and classes doesn't exist at the moment, so site-wide formatting can be quite tedious. Hopefully, as features like this are suggested to and considered by the development team, tools like this will soon become available. File-management (graphics, icons, etc.) can be challenging as well since there is no ability to create or reference folders; supporting files are uploaded into a single folder and cannot be organized outside of file-type or name. **Recommendations to others considering Time Sites:** Web design is about content, and Brandcast is great at helping anyone share that content. My recommendation is to play around with the software and discover YOUR best way to use it. With your own experiences in place, you'll feel more confident in discovering new ways to use the tool. The ability to have a site designed and published in a matter of moments has helped our team tremendously. We've been able to build really intriguing websites with few resources and time constraints than with something like Wordpress. **What do you dislike about Time Sites?** There is a definite learning curve. Not having prebuilt modules and widgets sometimes makes things tedious. Sometimes modules simply stop working and I have to contact the support team to get them working again because it's a back-end glitch. It's always resolved but can't say that I've had an issue like that on other websites. **What problems is Time Sites solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quickly building whole websites is a great resource. Being able to collaborate and share with other teams is a great benefit. Brandcast has made it easy for our two-person shop to complete projects that five years ago would have required a ten-man army and six months. Whenever I have a question the answer comes as soon as possible (given the fact we work in different time zones). All in all great experience. **What do you dislike about Time Sites?** There is a problem I found - when you open more then one site to work on, the platform crashes and needs to be refreshed. Thankfully all changes are saved, but sometimes some things disappear. That slows down the work and can be very inconvenient. However, they give awesome online tutorials, and workshop. The best thing is, when you are stuck, there are experts instantly offer you help or even fix the probelm for you! Most things in Brandcast are intuitive, but some things are not. Drag and drop files, create and copy elements and add video clips as a background. The second iteration added workflow/page mapping and editing capabilities within the application along with save/undo. There are a number of tutorials and the Brandcast support is always willing to help find a solution to your needs. **What do you dislike about Time Sites?** I would hate to compare but it would be great if they had more set animation features. There was a lot of little things I couldn't figure out with inserting containers and then the contents, but once I had a short call with customer support, I had a lot of the simple stuff figured out! **Recommendations to others considering Time Sites:** The first website I created in Bradcast took about a week, but now I can put together a website in a day! The support team is really great as well! **What do you dislike about Time Sites?** Sometimes the support team is slow to respond - I was recently working with Taylor and then Ted before that, and it seems to take awhile for anyone new to understand what I'm trying to do with my Brandcast site (i.e. redirect the domain). But eventually, the problem is understood and is resolved. **Recommendations to others considering Time Sites:** Brandcast is for you if you prefer a drag-and-drop interface and minimal (to no) backend coding. It focuses on the visuals and the organization of the content, so if this is what you're looking for I would highly recommend Brandcast! **What problems is Time Sites solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can put together a website (newsletter) in no time at all, which is beneficial to my team and to all staff. Awesome Builder **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Nicholas B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2018 **What do you like best about Time Sites?** this must be one of the best website builder ever. there are tools to do everything you wish in here. there is a selection of templates available for you to choose from which help you get going. the support is really good, i mean there is a live chat button in the builder from which you can contact support and get answers for your doubts. the interface is beautiful and the drag and drop option lets you build websites with ease. there are also lots of third-party plugins you can import to expand your set of tools. **What do you dislike about Time Sites?** the template library is a bit weak and I think that the options available are way too limited but you can always start from scratch. but when looking from a beginners point of view I think they lack the in case of templates which is the simplest way to create websites. it takes quite some time to get used to the builder and the tools in it. **Recommendations to others considering Time Sites:** this is a must try the product if you're trying to find a website builder, the interface is excellent as well as the support. **What problems is Time Sites solving and how is that benefiting you?** broadcast is a service that lets you create awesome websites from their builder. there are several tools available for you to choose from. the speed of the service is really smooth and you can always preview it with a click or publish it. ### 32. lots of Templates **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Stephen L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2018 **What do you like best about Time Sites?** There are a lot of templates from which you can choose, as a designer it gives you a lot of possibilities. you have the ability to password protect the website and design so you have the control over people who should access it and i think its a very useful feature. while editing there are lots of tools are different panels which can be undocked and placed within the screen, well it means you could actually customize the interface while designing which makes the work so much easier. there is a wide range of elemets to choose from and with build in drag and drop feature its very easy to create the website. the customer service is very nice, they are always online and you can directly get in contact with them from dashboard itself. there is a , media library with a lot of images and video content that you can directly use into your website. the elements property editor got a lot of options are will let you customize your website greatly. **What do you dislike about Time Sites?** the pricing of the builder is much higher than other builders. there is, of course, a free user option available which won't allow you to publish the website to the custom domain so that's a waste of time. **Recommendations to others considering Time Sites:** this is one of the most advanced website builders out there but its costly. if you need advanced designs and can afford the pricing, i suggest you to try the platform with a free account and go with them. **What problems is Time Sites solving and how is that benefiting you?** Brandcast is a website builder with a lot of features and you don't have to know any coding knowledge to work on the platform. ## Time Sites Discussions -
