We just finished up our second SOC 2 Type 2 audit and it was very much smooth sailing. Four things make Thoropass great: their integrations with our systems to collect most of the evidence needed for the audit, the usability of the platform that keeps getting better, the low cost compared to competitors for higher value, and our customer success manager who is always available for anything I need. They continue to add new features, each one easing a real pain for maintaining SOC 2 compliance. **What do you dislike about Thoropass?** There are some features that can be a little clunky but Thoropass continues to update their user experience and provide new tools. If you are on a Mac and like using the Safari browser, forget it. The system seems to built for Chrome. Not a big deal. Just something to know to avoid some early adoption frustrations. **What problems is Thoropass solving and how is that benefiting you?** As part of our business, we need to be SOC 2 compliant. Doing this on our own would be a daunting, nearly impossible task taking tremendous time and probably yielding a very difficult audit.
