TheLaTeXLab Reviews & Provider Details

TheLaTeXLab (The LaTeX Lab) is a team of human LaTeX experts with more than 10 years of LaTeX experience. We provide LaTeX formatting services by human experts, including Word to LaTeX and PDF to LaTeX conversion, journal formatting, thesis and dissertation formatting, LaTeX template development, and accessibility for LaTeX and PDFs. Our LaTeX specialists convert, format, and typeset every document themselves, not with an automated converter, and test every file to compile before delivery. We work with researchers, PhD students, and professors in 40+ countries, mainly in the USA, Australia, Canada, Brazil, and the EU, and with universities, journals, and publishers. SERVICES FOR RESEARCHERS AND STUDENTS Word to LaTeX Conversion Your Word (.docx) paper converted to LaTeX that compiles, with every equation in proper math mode, tables rebuilt in LaTeX, figures placed, and a clean BibTeX bibliography. We apply your target journal's template if you need one. From $149 for papers up to 10 pages. PDF to LaTeX Conversion Digital or scanned PDFs rebuilt as editable LaTeX by a LaTeX specialist, including every equation, table, and reference. Useful when the original source file is lost or was never shared. From $149 for digital PDFs and $249 for scanned PDFs. Journal Formatting Your manuscript formatted to the journal's LaTeX class and author guidelines, ready to upload to the submission system. We work with Springer Nature (sn-jnl, svjour3, LNCS), Elsevier (elsarticle, CAS), IEEE (IEEEtran), ACM (acmart), MDPI, Wiley, Taylor & Francis, PLOS, and arXiv. We also reformat papers for a new journal after a rejection. From $149 in LaTeX, or a $99 flat fee in Word for up to 50 pages. Thesis and Dissertation Formatting Your thesis formatted to your university's LaTeX template and graduate school rules: front matter, chapters, table of contents, lists of figures and tables, bibliography, and appendices. We also combine published papers into one thesis by publication. We support 70+ university templates in the USA, Australia, Germany, and elsewhere. From $599 for up to 80 pages. LaTeX Typesetting Camera-ready conference papers for LNCS, IEEE, ACM, and Procedia, fitted to the page limit. Books typeset in LaTeX, from text-led books to technical books full of equations, tables, and code. From $149 for conference papers and $499 for books. SERVICES FOR UNIVERSITIES, PUBLISHERS, LABS, AND COMPANIES Every institutional project gets a written proposal after a scoping discussion, because the work depends on your templates and documents.
