**What do you like best about The Swarm?**

The Swarm has taken our GTM efforts to the next level. We've sent out thousands of cold emails - and we've gotten typical results. But using The Swarm - we've gotten nearly 90% response rate, booked our highest quality meetings, and most of our revenue over the last few months has come from mapping our company's network and reaching out to our network's network. So simple, but serious brilliant. Now we are experimenting with their Clay integration and it's looking promising. I now probably use The Swarm more than my other gtm tools, or at least just as much as my CRM. Implementation was easy. Customer support is top notch!

**What do you dislike about The Swarm?**

Would love to see some agentic applications - but maybe that's something I can just build myself.

**What problems is The Swarm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We weren't getting the kind of results we wanted to see from standard GTM efforts.

**What do you like best about The Swarm?**

The Swarm integrates seamlessly into our product, making it easy and efficient to build up our lead database. Even though we don’t access it directly, it clearly works well behind the scenes and consistently adds qualified leads to our searches.

**What do you dislike about The Swarm?**

Sometimes can include invalid email data - but that’s quite normal for any lead generation system and hasn’t been a problem for our team. We are sure it’s something that continues to be improved over time.

The Swarm connects our team to a larger lead database, which helps us identify more qualified leads efficiently!

**What do you like best about The Swarm?**

I've wanted something like this for years and the Swarm has finally built it! It's a simple concept, but incredibly powerful in practice. I love that they've come up with a simple, reliable way to import everyone's LinkedIn contacts (which is quite challenging technically). The user onboarding flow for our users is super fast and slick. Really easy to use. Great data privacy policy. Also their team is very supportive and delightful to collaborate with. The Swarm is awesome.

**What do you dislike about The Swarm?**

It can be a bit of a challenge to get straggling team members to actually set it up. But their customer success folks have been great at helping us navigate that.

**What problems is The Swarm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's the only tool we've found which lets you search your team's collective social network, even letting you filter by connection strength. This is insanely useful for a number of things: Prospecting, finding contacts in target companies, recruiting, sourcing collaborators & vendors. It's kind of like having social media super powers. You find a company you want to collaboarte with and then can instantly see a list of initial 1st degree contacts across your whole team.

**What do you like best about The Swarm?**

I love how The Swarm helps me find warm connections and leads to accelerate sales, user research (UXR), and recruting. I have used The Swarm for all these use cases and have found a great return on investment compared to any other channel I have used.

Also the team at The Swarm actively listen to feature requests to improve the product and introduce additional features on a regular basis.

**What do you dislike about The Swarm?**

I love the product the area where I would find it more useful is an easy mechanism to gett more people on my team and affiliated to my company (e.g. investors) to join my network. The Swarm supports this functionality but at times I found that I could get more out of the product if I cuold get all relevant people to join at once.

**What problems is The Swarm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting my team to critical leads and we have used it to build out user research, recruting and sales.

**What do you like best about The Swarm?**

The Swarm provides an opportunity to return to networking as it was originally intended, with direct engagement through trusted resources. Maximizing your organization's shared connections is the most organic means to growth and The Swarm is the best tool for this purpose.

**What do you dislike about The Swarm?**

As with most new tools, there are numerous competing demands to satisfy a variety of user needs. The Swarm is working diligently to close gaps, specifically around the integrity of data contained within a mountain of data, which will continue to improve the accuracy and reliability of user information. The solution also relies on good input for useful output, which means users need to be engaged to maximize the usefulness.

**What problems is The Swarm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our purposes, The Swarm is helping to generate new prospects for a peer-to-peer advisory group. While the current members of the group are well-connected, it is not their natural position to utilize their network for growth. The Swarm is helping to lower the barriers and open dialogue on how all members, and their associated connections, can help facilitate growth.

The app offers an extensive and accurate database, streamlining lead generation and boosting outreach, with its network mapping feature visualizing our connections and their potential prospects. 

Super easy to use and straightforward!

**What do you dislike about The Swarm?**

Wiating for more features like CRM import, but they do have CSV mapping and working on ongoing enhancements and new sources are addressing this. Should have more functions to and filters but as it's now it's very useful!

**What problems is The Swarm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It elevates lead generation, improves lead nurturing, and helps us identify connections within companies, saving valuable time in our sales process. A valuable asset for our growth and GTM teams.

The personalized support from the team is very nice. It's easy to set up and to use. As far as I know, there's no other tool out there that allows you to so easily pull data from someone's network

It's still a new tool under development, so some features are missing and they're still working out the bugs.

It gives me an easy way to look through someone's network and see if anyone would be a good referral. This saves them time and gives us more reliable results.

Digging the speed that the Swarm brings to my processes. Before there were so many manual steps to seeing my relationships. 

Integration was super easy, and it's something I'm frequently using. 

The Swarm speeds everything up!

Enables us to quickly identify great targets and include them in our overall prospecting process, works as advertised and then some!

I would love tighter sync with CRM, but this has not been a blocker for us since we have that via other tools already.

It enables us to scout our shared networks for great leads and put them in our overall prospecting flow, ultimately generating more meetings and business for us.

The Swarm is very user-friendly and the value I get from the product is amazing compared to the cost in my opinion. Especially in comparison to other data providers we've used in the past.

**What do you dislike about The Swarm?**

The Swarm can sometimes have inaccurate data, although they're working on this. That's 5% of my prospect's data as a broad average.

Mapping my team networks. Identifying perspectives from other team member networks, clients and providing the information needed to reach them - especially the Connection Strength feature.

The swarm has been incredibly helpful in linking professional contacts across my team; providing insight into who we should collectively target for job opportunities in a much faster and more strategic approach than a traditional LinkedIn search. It's also been a very successful tool for highlighting potential new clients and augmenting our business development.

**What do you dislike about The Swarm?**

It took some time to get our team to really double down on the product and figure out how to use it best - but that's typical of most new recruiting and lead generation tools.

The Swarm helps serve up warm leads and mutual connections that our internal team would have never discussed organically.

Helpful tool to facilitate warm introductions and work your network. A solid tool to help with partnerships as that is a warm referral based activity.

**What do you dislike about The Swarm?**

It requires a bit of pre-work to correct for how well you know the connections (warm vs not so warm, etc.)

I used it for helping with partnerships and building connections with people that are just outside of my network.

GTM is getting harder and harder. Outbound is dying.

The Swarm is helping companies leverage their networks to get into deals, and accelerate deals. They also help you leverage your network for hiring. 

It's magic.
