## About the.good.code
the.good.code; is a software company for businesses with real operational complexity. Founded in 2021, we are a senior team of 25+ engineers across Poland and Portugal. We are as much an advisor as a builder: we start by understanding how your business operates, and we tell you what is worth building before we write a line of code. WHAT WE DO We advise on, build, and run the systems a business operates on day to day: CRM, ERP, CPQ and product configuration, custom modules, integrations, and AI-native workflows. Most of our work is the hard, specific part: the logic, integrations, and edge cases that make a system fit how a company actually operates instead of forcing the company to fit the software. AI-native business platforms on Open Mercato: vertical operations systems, custom modules, workflows, approvals, and integrations. We are a Certified AI-native Agency and an open-source contributor to the platform, so we work at the level of its code, not just its configuration. CPQ and product configuration: quoting workflows, configurators, BOM logic, and ERP/PLM integrations for companies with complex products. Delivery partner of Elfsquad CPQ. ERP and CRM modernisation without a rip-and-replace: we add an operational layer next to systems that still work and integrate what is already there. AI pilot-to-production: taking AI workflows from demo to something running in daily operations. HOW WE WORK We start from the business problem, not the tooling. Engagements begin with a paid, scoped proof of concept: seven days, one real process from your operation, a working system at the end instead of slides. Production follows in weeks. After go-live we stay on through fixed monthly development packages, so the system keeps improving instead of being handed off and left. The custom code we write for you is yours, along with the architecture, documentation, and a clear offboarding path. No vendor lock-in. WHO WE WORK WITH Manufacturers (agricultural machinery, industrial equipment, robotics), healthcare and senior care operators, telecom and enterprise software teams, and companies in regulated fields such as finance and identity verification. Recent work includes a 3D sales configurator for Coverseal (premium pool enclosures, Belgium), quoting and product workflows for OnLevel (glass railing systems, DACH), and product development with third-line support for IDENTT (identity verification software).
