The Deciding Factor Reviews & Provider Details

A marketing firm that understands how to deliver effective digital marketing initiatives that reach your personas. The understanding of how visual and written communication work together to communicate your strategy and build a brand. A focused team of marketing experts who understand how to connect with your audience and motivate them to act. A team that is comprised of full-time staff, not freelancers. This team structure enables us to comprehensively understand our client’s needs, business and target audiences and integrate all aspects of a project seamlessly, quickly and creatively. Our content development team is made up of brand journalists. We hire writers who have been journalists or who have journalism degrees. This is because a journalist is inquisitive and a life-long learner. They can see both sides of an issue, and they know how to research and tell a story that grabs the audience’s attention. We work on both omnichannel campaigns as well as one-time projects. It’s all about the data. We continually monitor, measure, analyze and test our campaigns to optimize effectiveness and budgets. Experience with a variety of industries including extensive work with firms in manufacturing, healthcare, medical product and medical device businesses, medical technology, software and investment groups. Our differentiation is working with clients who have a technical or complicated product or service. We’re experts in communicating complicated information in ways that multiple audiences listen to. We believe that a company’s digital presence is the crown jewel of their marketing program. Customers look for you online and make purchasing decisions online prior to contacting a company. The Deciding Factor has been in business 20 years, and we are a woman-owned business.
