Most useful to me about this tool. Hands down, the thing that stands out about “The Compliance Companion” to me is the ability to jump immediately from “we need an ISO management system” to actually having an implementable set of procedures, with no writing from scratch involved.
The templates are very clear and understandable and actually adhere to what an auditor would want to see. But the AI prompts are the real advantage, as they advise you on how to customise all the information to your specific business, which can cut all the normal work of creating a system.
All in all, it is a massive time-saver, makes the process more consistent across documents, and assures you that your management system will pass an audit. Period. Especially when it comes to 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike the most about The Compliance Companion is that it nevertheless requires that you do apply some actual thought to making those templates work best for your business - it’s just not a “plug it all in and you are ISO certified instantly” kind of solution.
This is because, being a comprehensive module, the range of templates can be slightly intimidating, especially if you are new to ISO standards or are unclear about the specific documents you need. As mentioned earlier, there is a very short learning curve in understanding the whole thing, but you need to dig in a bit to get things right.
