The AI CMO Reviews & Product Details

The AI CMO is the AI Marketing Operating System with a Customer Data Platform built in. It unifies first-party customer data, AI-led multichannel orchestration and autonomous campaign execution in one platform, so acquisition and retention run as a single operation. The platform is powered by the combination of 1) a first-party Customer Data Platform included on every plan, with a customer data warehouse, deterministic identity resolution, lifecycle segmentation, predictive churn risk and consent management, 2) AI-led journey orchestration and native delivery across email, SMS, WhatsApp, web push, on-site personalization and paid audiences, sent from the brand's own domain and accounts, and 3) an AI marketing workforce that plans strategy, produces every asset and executes campaigns end to end under graded human approval. Customer Data Platform: Every account gets its own customer data warehouse, fed by a first-party Website SDK, webhooks, database pull, file feeds, CSV, and syncs from any 3rd party tool. Identity resolution builds one customer record per brand. RFM segmentation into lifecycle stages, churn risk ranked by expected loss, cohort retention and audience membership refresh continuously. Consent, suppression and erasure are enforced at the write and at the send, and a read API returns profiles, segment members or everything changed since a timestamp. Orchestration and activation: Journeys trigger on behavior and on lifecycle transitions, with conditions, A/B splits, goals and holdout groups that measure incremental revenue. Segments activate directly into email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, on-site messages and Meta and Google ad audiences through one suppression gate, with no export. Marketing and transactional streams stay separate, with a REST send API for service messages. Creation and execution: The AI CMO plans the strategy, creates ads, social, blog, email, SMS, landing pages, images and video in the brand's voice, publishes to every channel and learns from every correction. AI specialists propose the week's work from the brand's own data and ship it through the approval queue, within the spending limits and trust level the team sets. Insight: First-party web analytics, customer intelligence, surveys, a promo engine, a helpdesk and campaign analytics all read the same warehouse, so every report agrees. Enterprise deployments add a dedicated ClickHouse cluster and marketing mix modeling. The AI CMO serves solo founders, agencies, in-house teams and enterprise brands, including regulated operators.
