CARE Reviews & Product Details

CARE is an Arabic-first AI customer support agent that lives on WhatsApp — the channel your customers already use every day. Built specifically for SMEs across Qatar and the GCC, CARE handles customer inquiries, bookings, FAQs, and escalations in native Gulf Arabic dialect, not robotic translated text. Unlike generic chatbots, CARE understands how your customers actually speak. It manages real conversations — confirming appointments, answering product questions, routing urgent issues to your team — 24/7, without hiring additional staff. Every interaction is handled instantly, in the language and tone your customers expect. For business owners, CARE means no more missed messages, no more after-hours silence, and no more paying full-time salaries for repetitive support tasks. Setup takes days, not months. You get a dedicated AI agent configured to your business's knowledge base, services, and brand voice, deployed directly to your existing WhatsApp Business number. Key features: Gulf Arabic dialect-native conversations, intelligent booking management, automated FAQ handling, smart escalation to human agents when needed, and a multi-tenant architecture that keeps your business data secure and separate. CARE integrates with your existing workflows — no technical expertise required on your end. CARE is built by Thamra Group, an Arabic-first AI company based in Doha. We don't translate English AI into Arabic. We build from Arabic outward — because your customers deserve technology that speaks their language natively. Pay only for what you use: a one-time setup fee plus pay-per-conversation credits. No monthly subscriptions draining your budget during slow seasons.
