Teyvor Reviews & Product Details

Teyvor is construction project management software for general contractors, home builders and project managers. It replaces the mix of Excel, MS Project, email and texts with one place to plan, track and report every project. Plan: break the project into a WBS, build the budget by cost code, and schedule it with a Gantt chart, task links, critical path and baseline. Assign resources and track commitments (contracts and purchase orders). Run the site: update progress from the office or from the phone with field mode, plan the coming weeks with the look-ahead, and keep the site diary, photos, meetings, RFIs and risks. Control costs: actual costs against budget, earned value and cash flow, change orders priced and tracked, and financial progress by period including holdback. Lump-sum, unit-price, cost-plus and construction management contracts are supported. Teyvor works in English and French. Pricing is per project manager; management and team members are free. 30-day free trial, no credit card, and a free full training course.
