## testRigor Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is testRigor free, or does it offer a free trial?

Yes. According to G2 data, testRigor offers a free plan with limited features. Users can upgrade to paid plans for additional capabilities. Visit the seller's official pricing page to compare plan options and features.

How much does testRigor cost in 2026?

Pricing details for testRigor are not publicly listed. Users should visit the TestRigor's official pricing page or contact the vendor directly for current pricing information.

Who is testRigor pricing best suited for?

Based on G2 review data, testRigor's pricing is best suited for small businesses and mid-market companies in technology-driven industries. The majority of G2 reviewers come from small businesses in Computer Software, Information Technology, Healthcare, and Financial Services. G2 users consistently praise testRigor for enabling small QA teams or non-technical staff to build robust automated test suites without coding expertise. One G2 reviewer notes a single QA engineer can manage comprehensive testing that would otherwise require a larger team. Companies with limited technical resources, fast-paced development cycles, or heavy manual testing burdens will find testRigor's pricing structure particularly well-aligned with their operational and budgetary needs.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of testRigor?

testRigor's free open-source tier allows unlimited users and unlimited test cases but restricts all tests and results to public visibility, with a maximum of one parallelization and no dedicated support. testRigor's Enterprise paid plans offer private test environments, multiple parallelizations, Slack-based support, a dedicated customer success manager, SSO, SLA options, and on-premise deployment. G2 reviewers highlight Safari browser support and advanced integrations as absent in the free tier. One G2 reviewer specifically notes the free tier lacks Safari browser support. Teams needing confidentiality, faster parallel execution, and hands-on support will find testRigor's Enterprise plans a necessary upgrade from the free offering.

Is testRigor considered good value for its pricing?

testRigor is widely regarded as excellent value, with G2 reviewers consistently awarding it near-perfect ratings. G2 users frequently highlight dramatic efficiency gains, with one reviewer noting testRigor enables spending $15 per hour on test automation instead of $50 per hour on developers. Another G2 reviewer reports quadrupling automated test cases with minimal time investment. The no-code, plain-English approach means non-technical team members can contribute to testing, multiplying team output without added headcount. Minor concerns include occasional server crashes and UX refinements, but these rarely affect overall satisfaction. The consensus among G2 reviewers is that testRigor's pricing delivers strong return on investment, particularly for teams replacing manual testing workflows.

What do you like best about testRigor?

Super-quick learning curve - within 2 weeks, my team got decent size smoke and regression test suite for a web-based app. Effective for different types of software: API, web-based, and desktop apps. Great script stability and self-healing option add to it even more. Therefore, it requires significantly less maintenance than other tools we've tried. Works amazingly well with checkboxes, drop-downs, pop-ups, and other challenging CSS classes that are hard to automate and maintain in other tools. Supports email verification, file downlods and verification of many other useful functionalities.

Additionally, technical support is available 24/7 and is exceptional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about testRigor?

Literally nothing. I am using TestRigor for the 4th time in my career in different organizations, and it never failed me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is testRigor solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a very fast-paced team with only 1 QA Engineer, and without TestRigor, we will not be able to test as efficiently as we do now. It helps to rapidly automate and update scripts for changes, which is fast and easy with their Reusable Rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
