## TestQuality Reviews
  ### 1. TestQuality took our QA efforts to the next level

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gregor G. | QA lead, backend devloper, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about TestQuality?**

TestQuality makes writing, maintaining and running tests fast and easy - and setting it up and getting started was a breeze.

It has integrations to all important services we use, and an evolving import feature for test results which allows us to observe our manual and automated test runs in the same platform.

We use it daily to maintain and grow our test cases, and for every software release we do. It has helped us to deliver far higher quality releases to our customers in the last 3 years and prevented us more than once from releasing some big regressions.

A special mention goes to the team behind TestQuality, who always have replied fast and very friendly to our questions, suggestions and feature requests!

**What do you dislike about TestQuality?**

The search functionality could be more powerful, including full text search inside the single test items.

**What problems is TestQuality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We offer a SAAS platform that helps businesses to communicate with their customers via multiple channels: live web chat, different messenger applications like Whatsapp or Telegram, AI-powered chatbots, or even classic email.

Maintaining a high product quality for our customers is paramount, and we needed a platform that allows us to keep track of our ever growing and evolving features. TestQuality enables us to keep all our QA efforts in one place, makes it easy to extend existing or add new test cases, and spot regressions. It also allows us to integrate the results of our automated end-to-end tests and keep track of the overall quality of our software.

  ### 2. Intuitive and modern UI, quick response for customer feedback, great integration with Github

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter X. | Test Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about TestQuality?**

It looks good and is so easy to use that you basically don't need to learn how. They also listen to customer feedback and take action to fix or enhance the product accordingly.

**What do you dislike about TestQuality?**

Nothing so far. The product was not perfect in the beginning but they keep improve it and we are happy with it.

**What problems is TestQuality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy to manage test cases and test execution, and the integration with Github issues makes tracking issues a breeze.

  ### 3. Streamlining QA with Style and Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergio S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about TestQuality?**

"TestQuality is an excellent test management software that offers a complete solution for simplifying the QA process. The platform has a user-friendly interface with numerous customization possibilities to meet the demands of unique projects.
The connection with other programs, such as Jira and GitHub, has made workflow simple. Despite the fact that reporting is not exportable, I strongly suggest TestRail to any QA team seeking for a sophisticated and quick testing management platform.!

**What do you dislike about TestQuality?**

Although TestQuality is an excellent testing management solution, there are a few things that might be better. One disadvantage is that the test case management feature may be time-consuming and tiresome, especially when working with big test suites.
Nonetheless, TestQuality includes useful features such as sharing your test with other teammates or multiple Analysis insights into our testing progress, as well as making it simple to monitor and manage my QA work, making it a vital tool for any QA professional.

**What problems is TestQuality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a QA Professional, TestQuality is fixing various challenges for me, which has really improved my workflow and productivity. To begin, the platform offers a central repository under the "Tests" tab to organize my testing effort, making it simple to track progress and manage my test cases. Second, because of the different customization possibilities, I can modify TestQuality to any individual needs and integrate it with other applications in our process, such as Jira and GitHub. This has resulted in a more streamlined approach, which has saved me time and effort when dealing with defect recording. Furthermore, the Analysis tab gives useful insights into my testing effort, helping me to try different types of test that need more attention. Overall, TestQuality has been a tremendous help in improving my QA process and efficiency.

  ### 4. A good test management suite with all that you can need

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juanmi R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about TestQuality?**

As a QA Manager, TestQuality gives you a very exhaustive command centre to assemble all the necessary information.

One of the most challenging tasks that a QA Manager should face is to have test cases, test results and the results of your automated test runs in the same place. Here is where TestQuality can help you. With its integrations, analytics graphics and test summaries of your test cycles, you have all the information you need to make decisions in the same place.

For our QA team, TestQuality became our day-by-day tool to reflect test cases, link the defects and the histories with our Jira and also have all our runs controlled and with detailed information.

**What do you dislike about TestQuality?**

There is room for improvement in TestQuality, but this is nothing that concerns me. They work with us in polishing new features needed in our organization.

They should have in their roadmap new features that can boost TestQuality, like GitHub actions integrations, reporting and giving more powerful filters.

**What problems is TestQuality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I know that some of the things that I put in the "dislike" part are something that they are working on. They are always ready to hear about feedback and consider it. Improving their reporting services and improving their integrations is something I hope every user can have in a short period.

  ### 5. All-in-One Test Case Management Tool that Enhances your Produtivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose Ramon T. | Product Manager , Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about TestQuality?**

I mostly use TestQuality Test Management in my job as project manager to validate the requirement status of each feature and to monitor how the test plan and executions are progressing. I assisted the QA Manager with the setting and discovered that TestQuality has a wide range of test-related capabilities that are very configurable.

I can easily create test cases in TestQuality, and the integration with GitHub or Jira is quite simple to activate, so it's ready to create tests and perform TestRuns with all of the test cases. The Quality team can easily track all of the statuses in GitHub and from Jira, and we can easily export test cases from TestQuality to Excel, CSV, or Gherkin.

**What do you dislike about TestQuality?**

TestQuality includes some built-in exporting features, but It took me some time to find how to export a Test Case.
Also, I'm missing a Test Creation template or a version release feature for instance.

Only the analytics may be tracked on the screen and cannot be exported in a shareable format such as PDF. I occasionally need to snap screenshots in order to communicate testrun findings with other team members.

**What problems is TestQuality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If your company currently uses JIRA or GitHub, I prefer TestQuality Test Management since it allows you to attach test cases to problems, other JIRA tickets, and so on. You may also work effectively with software problems by uploading photos with a simple copy-paste.
The stories are also well organized, with Tests and Requirements relevant to the tale and accurate test coverage.

  ### 6. User-Friendly Test Case Management Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doris Y. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about TestQuality?**

My team and myself have been using Test Quality for several months, we are impressed with its capabilities and user-friendly interface. This tool has enhanced our testing process and management of test cases.
The integration with Jira provides us features to directly create issues/bugs through Test Quality. Allowing for real-time collaboration and ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
Customer support not only resolved my initial issue but also followed up to ensure that the solution provided met my expectations.

**What do you dislike about TestQuality?**

Sometimes there are some network issues avoid us to log in to Test Quality interface. But mostly it would be fixed very soon.

**What problems is TestQuality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized Test Case Repository: ensuring easy access, version control, and a structured repository
Test Execution and Monitoring: allowing testers to run tests with a click
Reporting and Analysis: tracking testing progress, generating comprehensive test reports and analyzing testing metric

  ### 7. Simple and intuitive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karine S. | QA analysis, Biotechnology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2023

**What do you like best about TestQuality?**

Before choosing a test management tool, I tried some popular tools. My choice fell on TestQuality because I find it simpler and more intuitive than the others. The organization of tests, cycles, runs, and the execution flow of test runs correspond precisely to my vision of these concepts. Also, integration with Jira is crucial for me.

As a quality assurance analyst, I use TestQuality daily. I import the daily results of the automated tests, organize and execute the manual regression tests, and organize the integration tests of the stories to exchange with the developers the description of the tests and their results.

The tool is stable, of good quality and is constantly being improved. Over time, new features are added, making the tool more and more complete. I also appreciate that the TestQuality development team is easily accessible and responsive to its users.

I do not regret my choice at all. The foundations of TestQuality are solid and well-designed, which will allow the tool to be a must on the market.

**What do you dislike about TestQuality?**

Since the tool is relatively young, some details have room for improvement. That said, this does not prevent using the tool and access to information.

**What problems is TestQuality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TestQuality allows me to track the daily results of automated test executions to run regression tests efficiently. I follow these tests centrally in TestQuality.

With stories, I efficiently organize integration tests. Being linked to Jira, developers have easy access to the test bank for each story when it comes time for them to develop. When running these tests, I document the failures in TestQuality and share the information with the developers via the tool.

  ### 8. Test Quality should not be overlooked...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve W. | Quality Assurance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Test Quality as a product and the people behind it are the best I've ever encountered in my 9+ years in a QA role. It's User friendly affordable and the team behind the App are great people. they care about their customers and the projects they are working to support! My team and I have been very successful in integrating it into our Jira workflow. Overall an excellent but affordable product.

**What do you dislike about TestQuality?**

not being able to create test cases rapidly from within the UI. as well as all around exportable project metrics.

**What problems is TestQuality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a place to digitally store and track test cases and team effort that I can display.

  ### 9. A good tool which covers nearly all your needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2023

**What do you like best about TestQuality?**

Testquality has a clear and modern GUI that offers a quick introduction to the basic functions. Along with the ability to import tests via CSV. We were able to quickly convert our previous Excel document into test cases and thus quickly coordinate our manual tests.

**What do you dislike about TestQuality?**

For our use case, search filters are missing in two places. However, the TestQuality team is very open to suggestions and I am sure that good solutions will be found quickly for this as well.

**What problems is TestQuality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a large team working on multiple products. As a result, we have many test cases that we would like to have tested across teams before a release. By dividing test quality into different products and test cases, it was easy to describe our feature and product landscape in test cases.

  ### 10. Relatively easy to navigate and manage
