Our QA team of 15 people (manual, general and full automation) has been using Testomat.io on daily basis for more than 2 years, and honestly it’s the best TMS we tried. Before choosing we did a research and compared with other tools (even TestRail), but Testomat won easily both in features and in price. It’s really affordable and at the same time super powerful. What we like the most is the smooth Jenkins integration even manual testers can run tests in any config right out of the box, which is very rare for other tools. The UI is clean and simple, new people onboard very fast. Testomat helps us save a lot of time, makes work transparent and collaboration across whole team much easier. We already recommended Testomat to friendly teams and businesses, and many of them also switched and are happy. Big thanks to developers, you guys are awesome, wish you good luck and keep going! After 2 years of daily usage Testomat.io proved itself as reliable, fast and efficient. Maybe only one thing sometimes we want new features to come even faster, but it’s not really a problem. For us Testomat is already better than competitors, and even stronger than TestRail which we used before. Thanks again to the dev team, you are doing great job! It solved several problems we had before: now both manual and automation QAs work in one platform, without splitting tools or duplicating test cases. This streamlined our processes and reduced the time and effort for daily testing, so we can focus more on important things. The versatility of the platform makes it easy to handle different types of tests, and with Jenkins integration even manual testers can run tests in any configuration out of the box. We also don’t need to worry about organizing test data anymore everything is structured, easy to access, and reliable. In short, Testomat is not just another tool, it became an all-in-one solution for our team. It helps us save time, improve transparency, and raise the overall quality of our work. I’ve been using Testomat for about a year for manual testing, and I plan to expand its use to include automation. Overall, I consider it a reliable, well-organized, and intuitive tool that’s easy to learn. One of the biggest advantages is the clear hierarchy and structure of test cases, which makes it easy to keep things organized even in larger projects. The user interface feels clean and logical. I also appreciate that the Testomat team continues to introduce improvements and new features, which helps improve the overall user experience. The addition of AI-related features is a great step forward and demonstrates their willingness to innovate. In my opinion, Testomat is a “mid-range” solution in terms of price—it offers a solid set of features at a reasonable price. What do you dislike about testomat.io? So far, I haven’t found any major issues, only a few minor ones. One limitation is that the order of test cases within a test run is not always consistent with the order defined in the test suite, and this occurs only for some suites. As a result, test cases may appear in a different order than expected, which can make it a bit harder to follow the execution flow, especially when there are step-by-step sequences or logical dependencies.
